The User
The Public Talk Coordinator The individual who accepts these Terms during account setup, in his personal capacity as public talk coordinator for his congregation, together with any additional individual authorised by the Provider to hold an Account.

These Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between IGS Global LTD (“IGS Global”, “we”, “us”) and the individual who accepts them (“you”, the “Coordinator”). They are accepted at the point of account creation and govern all use of the Service thereafter.

Where you have also executed a written Service Agreement with IGS Global for your congregation, that Service Agreement governs commercial matters (fees, term, deliverables, and support). These Terms govern use of the Service and the handling of personal information. In the event of conflict on a commercial matter, the Service Agreement prevails; on a matter of use, security, or data protection, these Terms prevail.

Part A

Terms of Use

What the Service is, what you may do with it, and what each party is responsible for.

A1Definitions

In these Terms the following expressions bear the meanings assigned to them below:

  • “Service” means the CAST coordinator console, the congregation booking pages, the speaker‑facing pages, the associated electronic mail, calendar, and messaging automations, and any documentation or support furnished by IGS Global in connection therewith.
  • “Account” means the credentialed means of access issued to a named individual for the purpose of accessing the console.
  • “Congregation Records” means the scheduling, contact, and correspondence records of a congregation held within the Service, including the weekend calendar, speaker and congregation directories, talk history, and hospitality arrangements.
  • “Personal Information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
  • “Speaker” means a visiting or local public speaker whose particulars appear within the Congregation Records.
  • “Third‑Party Platform” means any platform, service, or infrastructure not operated by IGS Global upon which the Service depends, as enumerated at clause B5.

A2Acceptance, Capacity, and Eligibility

  1. By completing account setup, by clicking to signify acceptance, or by accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  3. You enter into these Terms in your personal capacity as public talk coordinator. Nothing herein creates any obligation binding upon, or any agency or partnership with, the congregation you serve, its body of elders, or any associated legal entity.
  4. Accounts are issued at the sole discretion of IGS Global and only to individuals it has authorised. Self‑registration, where offered, does not entitle any person to access the Congregation Records of any congregation until IGS Global has expressly associated that Account with a congregation.

A3Description of the Service; Licence

  1. IGS Global grants to you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for the internal scheduling purposes of the congregation you serve, for so long as these Terms remain in force and the applicable fees are paid.
  2. The Service is furnished on a hosted basis. No source code is delivered, and no right, title, or interest in the Service is transferred hereby.
  3. IGS Global may modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time. Where a change materially reduces functionality upon which you rely, IGS Global will give reasonable prior notice.

A4Accounts, Credentials, and Authentication

  1. An Account is issued to one named individual and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by any person other than the individual to whom it was issued. Where two persons require access, two Accounts shall be issued.
  2. You shall establish a password of not fewer than twelve (12) characters and shall enrol a second authentication factor. You shall retain the single‑use recovery codes furnished at enrolment in a secure location.
  3. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account. You shall not disclose your password, recovery codes, or one‑time codes to any person, including any person representing himself to be an employee or agent of IGS Global. IGS Global will never request your password or a one‑time code.
  4. You shall notify IGS Global at cast@igsglobal.net without undue delay, and in any event within seventy‑two (72) hours, upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
  5. Where the coordinating assignment passes to another individual, you shall notify IGS Global so that the outgoing Account may be closed and a new Account issued. Access shall not be handed over by disclosure of credentials.

A5Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You shall not, and shall not permit any other person to:

  1. copy, reproduce, republish, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the Service or any part thereof available to any third party, including any other congregation;
  2. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or underlying ideas of the Service, save to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
  3. access or attempt to access any Account, congregation, dataset, or portion of the Service which you have not been authorised to access, or circumvent or attempt to circumvent any authentication, access control, rate limit, or other security measure;
  4. employ any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access, extract, or index the Service, save by an interface expressly provided for that purpose by IGS Global;
  5. disclose, publish, or redistribute any spreadsheet address, document identifier, hyperlink, export, or credential by which the Congregation Records may be accessed, to any person other than an individual authorised by you and by IGS Global to receive it;
  6. use the Service, or any Personal Information obtained by means of it, for any commercial solicitation, marketing, political, or other purpose extraneous to the scheduling of public talks;
  7. upload or transmit by means of the Service any material which is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing, or any code intended to interfere with the operation of the Service; or
  8. use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including those governing the protection of personal information and the sending of electronic mail.

A6Your Responsibilities as Coordinator

  1. You are and remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and currency of the Congregation Records which you enter, cause to be entered, or approve, and for obtaining any consent or authority required in order that a Speaker's particulars may be recorded and used within the Service.
  2. You shall disclose Personal Information held within the Service only to persons having a legitimate need to receive it in connection with the scheduling of public talks.
  3. The Service is a convenience and an aid. It is not a substitute for your own oversight of the congregation's speaking schedule, and you remain responsible for that schedule.

A7Communications Despatched in Your Name

  1. The Service despatches electronic mail, calendar invitations, and messages which are addressed from, and which appear to originate with, you or the congregation you serve. The wording of each such communication is made available to you for approval, and may be amended upon request.
  2. Following your approval of such wording, you are responsible for the content of communications despatched in your name and for the use made of the Personal Information contained therein.
  3. Certain functions of the Service operate autonomously upon a schedule or in response to events, including reminder sequences, outreach correspondence, and messaging to congregation groups. You acknowledge this mode of operation and may direct IGS Global to suspend any such function at any time.
  4. IGS Global does not warrant that any particular communication will be delivered to, or accepted by, any particular recipient or mail provider.

A8Third‑Party Platforms

  1. The Service is constructed upon Third‑Party Platforms enumerated at clause B5. Your use of the Service is subject also to the terms of those platforms as they apply to you.
  2. IGS Global exercises no control over the availability, pricing, or continuation of any Third‑Party Platform. Where such a platform is altered or withdrawn so as to impair the Service, IGS Global shall notify you promptly and shall use reasonable endeavours to effect a workaround; where a substantial rebuild is required, that work shall be quoted and approved before it is undertaken.

A9Availability, Support, and Maintenance

  1. IGS Global shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to maintain the availability of the Service but does not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
  2. Defects in that which IGS Global has built are remedied without additional charge while the Service is paid for. IGS Global shall respond within two (2) business days of notification and shall work to resolve the defect promptly.
  3. Enhancements, new features, and rework occasioned by alterations you make to your own accounts or records are chargeable at the rate stated in the Service Agreement.
  4. IGS Global may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, and shall endeavour to give advance notice of any planned suspension.

A10Intellectual Property; Congregation Records

  1. IGS Global retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, source code, design, brand, documentation, and platform, together with all improvements thereto.
  2. As between the parties, the congregation retains ownership of the Congregation Records. IGS Global holds and processes those records solely in order to furnish the Service and shall not sell them, nor share them save as provided in Part B, nor use them for any unrelated purpose.
  3. Upon written request, and upon termination, IGS Global shall furnish an export of the Congregation Records in a commonly readable format. No record shall be withheld, deleted, or held against payment.
  4. Where you furnish feedback or suggestions, IGS Global may use the same without restriction or obligation.

A10ACopyright Complaints

  1. Material uploaded to the Service, including talk files, images, video, and outlines, is uploaded by Users and not by IGS Global. You shall upload only material which you own or are permitted to use.
  2. Where you believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to IGS Global's designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c): Copyright Agent, IGS Global LTD, cast@igsglobal.net. The agent's postal address and telephone number are those listed for IGS Global LTD in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory (dmca.copyright.gov). The notice must identify the work, identify the material and where it appears on the Service, give your contact details, and include the statements of good faith and accuracy, under penalty of perjury, and the signature that § 512(c)(3) requires.
  3. Upon receipt of a notice that substantially complies, IGS Global shall expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and shall inform the User who uploaded it, who may send a counter‑notice under § 512(g). IGS Global shall, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the Account of a User who repeatedly infringes.

A11Confidentiality

Each party shall treat as confidential the non‑public information of the other disclosed in connection with the Service, shall employ no less than reasonable care in its protection, and shall not disclose it save to those of its personnel or contractors having a need to know and bound by obligations no less protective. This clause does not apply to information which is or becomes public otherwise than by breach, which was lawfully held free of restriction, or whose disclosure is required by law.

A12Suspension and Termination

  1. You may close your Account at any time by written notice to cast@igsglobal.net.
  2. IGS Global may suspend or terminate an Account, upon notice, where it reasonably determines that these Terms have been breached, that the security of the Service or of any Personal Information is threatened, or that fees remain unpaid more than forty‑five (45) days after they fall due.
  3. Upon termination the licence at clause A3 ceases, access to the console is withdrawn, and clauses A10, A11, A13, A14, A15, A17, and Part B survive.

A12AFees, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

  1. Where you subscribe on the sign‑up page, the parts of the Service, the price, and the billing period (monthly or annual) are those shown in the order summary when you submit the order. The first period is charged when the order is submitted. Where a written Service Agreement governs fees, it prevails.
  2. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for a period of the same length and at the same price, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the card you provided or, where Square cannot store your payment method, invoiced to you by email. No charge is made until you have expressly agreed to these renewal terms, which are shown beside the order button.
  3. You may cancel at any time online, with the Cancel Subscription button under Plan & Security in the console, or by email to cast@igsglobal.net or reply to any email from CAST. Cancellation stops the next renewal; no further charge is made after it, and the Service remains available until the end of the period already paid.
  4. Before an annual subscription renews, IGS Global shall email you a reminder of the renewal, its price, and how to cancel, not less than fifteen (15) nor more than forty‑five (45) days in advance; a monthly subscription receives such a reminder once a year.
  5. IGS Global shall notify you by email before any change to the price or billing period of a renewing subscription takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.

A13Disclaimers

Save as expressly stated herein and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is furnished “as is” and “as available”, and IGS Global disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. IGS Global does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will operate without interruption, or that any defect will be corrected.

A14Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss, nor for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, howsoever arising.
  2. The aggregate liability of IGS Global arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by or on behalf of your congregation to IGS Global in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

A15Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless IGS Global against any claim, demand, loss, or reasonable expense arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your unlawful use of the Service or of Personal Information obtained by means of it, or (c) any allegation that Personal Information you furnished was recorded or used without the requisite authority. This indemnity does not extend to any matter arising from the act or omission of IGS Global.

A16Amendment of these Terms

IGS Global may amend these Terms from time to time. Where an amendment is material, not fewer than thirty (30) days' notice shall be given by electronic mail to the address associated with your Account, and the amended Terms shall be presented for acceptance upon your next sign‑in. Continued use of the Service following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of it. Where you do not accept a material amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account, whereupon any prepaid and unused fees shall be refunded pro rata.

A17Governing Law; Disputes; Notices; General

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the State of New Jersey.
  2. Before commencing any proceeding, the parties shall first endeavour in good faith to resolve the matter by direct discussion.
  3. Notices shall be given in writing by electronic mail to cast@igsglobal.net and to the address associated with your Account respectively. Either party may change its address by notice to the other.
  4. Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure in performance occasioned by any cause beyond its reasonable control.
  5. You may not assign these Terms. IGS Global may assign them to a successor in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of its business.
  6. If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force. No failure or delay in exercising a right operates as a waiver of it.
  7. These Terms, together with any executed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties on this subject and supersede all prior discussion.

A current list of service providers is available upon request to cast@igsglobal.net. Certain providers process information in the United States and in other jurisdictions; where information is transferred out of the jurisdiction in which it was collected, that transfer is made pursuant to an appropriate safeguard.

B5AConnected Google Accounts; Google User Data

  1. A coordinator may connect the Google account of the congregation he serves (for example, the electronic mail address to which Speakers already write), so that the Service may despatch correspondence from that account and manage the calendar invitations for public talks. Correspondence so despatched appears to originate with, and replies are delivered to, that account.
  2. Upon connection, and only with the express permission granted on Google’s consent screen, the Service receives: the electronic mail address of the connected account; permission to send electronic mail from it; and permission to create, amend, and remove calendar events in it. The Service does not request, and cannot obtain, permission to read, search, or delete the mail, contacts, or files of that account.
  3. Information received from Google is used solely to despatch the correspondence which the coordinator has approved or configured (including confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and requests to fill an open date) and to maintain the calendar invitations for scheduled talks. It is not sold, is not used for advertising, is not used to develop, improve, or train any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, and is not transferred to any third party save as necessary to furnish that function, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the business of IGS Global. No person reads such information save with the coordinator’s express consent, where necessary for security purposes or to investigate abuse, or where required by law.
  4. The authorisation furnished by Google is stored encrypted and is used only by the Service. The coordinator may withdraw it at any time by selecting Disconnect in the console or by removing the Service’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection, or upon termination, the authorisation is revoked with Google and deleted.
  5. The use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs by the Service will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

B6Retention

  1. Account information is retained for so long as the Account subsists and for twelve (12) months thereafter, save where a longer period is required by law.
  2. Congregation Records are retained for so long as the Service is furnished to the congregation. They constitute the congregation's own scheduling record, and the historical schedule is retained in order that repetition of a public talk outline may be avoided.
  3. Security and access logs are retained for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months.
  4. Upon termination, and upon request, IGS Global shall furnish an export and shall thereafter delete or return the Congregation Records within ninety (90) days, save to the extent retention is required by law or the record is held in an ordinary‑course backup, in which case it shall be deleted upon expiry of the backup cycle.

B7Security

  1. IGS Global maintains technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including transmission over encrypted channels; authentication by password and a second factor; session tokens which are cryptographically signed, restricted to secure transmission, and inaccessible to page scripts; the principle of least privilege in the granting of access; scoped credentials for automated processes; and the segregation of each congregation's records by an access control evaluated upon every request.
  2. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and no absolute guarantee of security is given.
  3. You are asked to assist in maintaining that security by observing clause A4, and in particular by not redistributing any hyperlink, document identifier, or export by which the Congregation Records may be reached.
Notification. Upon becoming aware of a breach of security affecting Personal Information which is likely to result in a risk to the individuals concerned, IGS Global shall notify the affected coordinators without undue delay, and in any event within seventy‑two (72) hours of becoming aware of it, describing what occurred, what information was involved, and what steps are being taken.

B8Rights of Individuals

  1. Subject to applicable law, an individual whose Personal Information is held within the Service may request access to it; the correction of information which is inaccurate; the deletion of information which is no longer required; the restriction of, or objection to, particular processing; and the provision of that information in a portable format.
  2. A request may be made to cast@igsglobal.net and shall be answered within thirty (30) days. Where the request concerns Congregation Records, IGS Global shall refer it to, or fulfil it upon the instruction of, the coordinator of the congregation concerned, that congregation being the party which determines the purposes of that processing.
  3. No individual shall be subjected to detriment for having exercised a right under this clause.
  4. A Speaker who does not wish his particulars to be retained may say so to the coordinator of the congregation concerned or to IGS Global, and the record shall be removed save where its retention is necessary in order to administer a talk already arranged.

B9Automated Processing

Where the corresponding feature is enabled for a congregation, the Service submits the text of an item awaiting decision to an automated language service in order to produce a short written summary for the coordinator. Such a summary is an aid to reading and no decision is taken by automated means; every action remains that of the coordinator. Information submitted for this purpose is not used to train any general‑purpose model. Certain automated processes of the Service compose and despatch routine correspondence, and act autonomously in doing so; any such process may be suspended upon request.

B10Cookies and Local Storage

The Service sets one strictly necessary cookie, __Host-cast_session, which records that you have signed in. It is cryptographically signed, transmitted only over a secure channel, inaccessible to page scripts, and expires not later than eight (8) hours after it is issued. While a coordinator connects a Google account under clause B5A, a second strictly necessary cookie, __Host-cast_goauth, holds the state of that connection for not more than ten (10) minutes. The Service additionally records a small number of display preferences in the local storage of your browser, such as the congregation last selected by an administrator. No advertising, tracking, or third‑party analytics cookie is set. Because only strictly necessary storage is employed, no consent banner is presented.

B11Children

The Service is not directed to children, and an Account is issued only to a person aged eighteen (18) or over. Where a Speaker's particulars relate to a minor, they should not be entered into the Service; upon notification that information concerning a minor has been recorded, it shall be deleted.

B12Amendment of this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. The version and effective date appear upon the first page. Where an amendment is material, notice shall be given in accordance with clause A16.

B13Contact

Any question, request, or complaint concerning these Terms or the handling of Personal Information may be addressed to IGS Global LTD by electronic mail to cast@igsglobal.net. Where you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to complain to the supervisory authority for data protection in your jurisdiction.

B14Acknowledgement

Acceptance of these Terms is recorded at the time of account setup, together with the version accepted and the date and time of acceptance. No signature is required.
